In June I am going to be doing the 30 day snap that Louise from Sprinkleofglitter has created! I am super duper excited about this as I love love love photography and it means I get to share little snaps from my life each day, it also means I can remember a little something from every day in June! I think it’s just such a cute idea! I have often tried these on Instagram but it has never really worked as I have been busy but I WILL definitely do this one! I’m so looking forward to it! Why don’t you guys join in too!
As you will most probably be unaware, I do have another blog which is on Blogger.com, on that I plan to make that more daily blogging of what I’m up to. In the summer I am off on an amazing trip for 3 weeks and really want to share some of that with you (the destination is a secret!) and I will probably share that on my other blog. I would love for you to check that out if possible and maybe comment or follow!
Hello there everybody, well my 3 wonderful followers! This is just a little message that would help me a lot! If you take a look at my page and like what’s on it, it would be a wonderful help for you to follow my blog or like a post, if you don’t then I’d love for you to email me or comment and suggest what I should change or add. I’m sure many of you have blogs of your own and I promise I’m not begging you but it is so hard to get a blog around and shared and just a click on your behalf can make a world of difference and how can i improve without any feedback?!? A massive thank you to you if you help me out or have done so already!
I know this sounds absolutely stupid but i just checked my stats and now officially have 3 followers, this probably means nothing to you 3 lovely people out there however i thank you muchly and please spread the word to friends!!! If you have any suggestions feel free to comment them!! Once again, thanking you with all my heart!
So recently i’ve become more and more aware that as I’m growing up, time passes extremely fast and you barely even get the chance to stop and think about what you’re doing. I know a lot of people feel this way and I know a lot of people don’t have the support I get from friends and family but it’s always nice when you have a night to yourself to just relax. In the past week I’ve had quite a bad throat infection and however stupid this may sound, over the days i was in bed, I thought over so much and decided i really needed to sort my life out and get on with it. that’s exactly what I’m going to do! I have a few weeks off soon and I shall start then. Go on – Join me! And also, I’m completely aware I have no followers, I’m only just starting out but it’s a lovely feeling when someone reads my blog and i’d love to find out what you like or don’t like about it and anything i should improve on! Please do comment or even give me a follow as it really does mean so much to me and i love hearing things from people!
So I’m guessing that most of you are off work and school today, well if you’re not then all i can say is HA! I got bored of sitting inside and just looking out the window and decided to go outside and see what it was like. I took a few photos and ended up having a great time – on my own (well with my cat). If you are working or at school today then I’d like to just share that I’m having a great time although i’m sure you are too…
So it’s a new year and I have decided to make the most of every day in 2013. It’s going to be hard but it will get me somewhere. I have a few New Year’s Resolution’s to help me accomplish this:
1)Don’t worry about the little things
Don’t spend ages worrying and replaying things you wish you’d have done or you wish you hadn’t done. Instead just take a moment to ask yourself ‘What’s the point?’. Don’t stress over insignificant things that really in a few days will be forgotten about. Just enjoy the good times and forget the ones you wish hadn’t happened and learn from it. I tell myself this every time i come out of an exam or audition because as long as you’ve tried you very best then there is absolutely nothing you can do about it!
2) Always look on the bright side of life…
Cheesy caption, I know. There’s no point in being pessimistic. Trust me, it gets you absolutely nowhere. If it did – well then, the world would be a better place. If you look at the positive side to things then it can do you no harm and you’ve absolutely nothing to lose! You really don’t need the extra weight on your shoulders as it makes it harder to enjoy life!
3) Enjoy the present
Don’t stop yourself and think about what’s happening in a week or month’s time because especially if it’s something you’re not looking forward to, it will stop you from enjoying what’s going on right now!
4) Be loads more organised
Ask yourself honestly ‘Am I always ready?’ ‘Do I always know what I need to do?’ ‘Am I organised enough?’. I bet that the majority of you said no to all 3 of those. Well, start now! Keep a diary of what you’re doing so you can just look and see if you’re busy. Carry it around with you so you know exactly what’s going on. Tidy your room – it feels great afterwards. You’ll feel fab and it’ll help keep you tonnes more organised. Keep on top of it as well so when it starts to get messy just spend a few minutes tidying it so you don’t get to the point where it’s so messy you can’t see your carpet!
5) Be the best version of you!
This one doesn’t need explaining. Let it take you where you want it to.
I’d love to hear your resolution’s or if you’re going to try any of mine! I’ll keep you updated with how I’m doing!
So you know those days when you wake up and you have endless plans and endless amounts of things to do? Well today was one of those days for me… I woke up and as I opened my curtains, I found my garden to be covered in snow! So all plans have been cancelled and today is going to be a ME day… Why don’t you join me?? Drop all plans and just relax!
I’m here, and with a nice cup of tea too! First, I thought I would answer a few questions I’ve been asked…. How old are you? 15 years old Do you have any pets? I have 3 cats 🙂 What’s your style? Vintage/retro Why do you blog? Purely because it’s a good way of expressing your thoughts and sharing what you have to say with people you wouldn’t normally get to. There aren’t very many… I know. But it’s a start considering I’ve done one post! I will keep you updated…
Actually that’s a lie, not a warm welcome… Well a very very cold welcome. How about a cold snowy stuck in my house welcome. I just want to thank you for taking the time out of your busy and most definately more interesting than mine lives.(Well that was a mouthful, go on, i dare you, say that out loud wherever you are – it feels fab!) I’d bore you with all the answers to the questions you’re asking yourself right now but you’d find watching a newt walk up a mountain more interesting… And if you’re not asking yourself any questions well then this my chum is a very awkward moment for me. I suggest I leave you with that for now…
